Puppy for rehome

I have an adorable 9 week old puppy I am looking to rehome. (Fee is 120, I’m only asking back what I paid for him) I literally just got him. But my landlord is saying that he will have to stay outside and I don’t want to do that to him he is just a baby. He is an Australia Shep., Pointer mix. He is a smart sweet boy. He loves to play outside and loves to cuddle. He is still getting used to people but with some time at the dog park I’m sure he’ll be great with it in no time. He knows how to let you know that he has to potty and I started him on a feeding schedule that he is doing well with. He has has his first round of shots and dewormer, he is old enough for his second but the person I got him from had not given him the first ones so I got those and I have scheduled him a follow up appointment and I can let you know which vet of course if you’re interested but he will need his 2nd round in 3-4 weeks. He comes with a playpen, a whole bag of food, treats, toys, a bed, puppy pads, bowls, shot records, and flea medication(he was already given first dose, 2nd one is in a month).
