Very experienced lawn/landscape worker

Pls read carefully. No whiners/lazy people. I need 1 person very experienced in lawn maintenance. I work by myself so pls don't waste my time or yours. Must be able to show up every single day w/ no excuses. Possibly 6 days. Must be able to weedeat high & level/ edge & do shrubs all day. If you can weedeat a whole yard level & do shrubs tight, that's what I need. Only 2 of us on truck to finish route. Must want to work. Don't call just to make a little money. If you come out & don't have experience or a good worker you will not get paid. Someone that loves making yards look good. I do very good work & am very picky. Last year I went through 6 people in 2 weeks do to people not showing up or not real experience. Again fully experienced & fast with quality work every time. Not missing a single piece of grass weedeating. Very detailed. Like this ad. If you're good/detailed enough to be a Forman that's what I need. Start at $12 an hour. If you have foreman quality's/experience we may be able to work something out after I see quality/experience. Must be able to be on Edgewood ave by 630-645 am. I'm easy to work with if you don't bullshit me & do what needs done. Be honest about everything. Able to bring your lunch. I'm in neighborhoods all day. I push mow about 8 yards so be willing to push mow. It's a 30" commercial exmark so no pushing involved. It's fast & cuts easy. Be patient if I don't call right away. Trying people who contact me 1st & so on. Prefer someone somewhat young that can handle the work & heat all day for a longterm job. Responsible, honest & hard hard worker. I'm a very hard worker.
