I found a beautiful doggy today that I just know someone has to be missing!! I will not go into too many details as to make sure the dog gets returned to it's correct hoo-man! I found this dog today (Saturday April 17,2021) around 8pm, I found the dog in Carthage, OH 45216 near the main street, Vine Street! The dog appears to be healthy and well cared for, just a little wet from the rain and scared, the dog is wearing a collar, but I will ask for the details when contacted!
