Boy Starved To Death in Vancouver

15 year old Karreon Walker-Franks was starved to death. He died in November of last year and no one seems to be doing their job. The Medical examiner has only just now ruled this a homicide. No charges have been filed against anyone. CPS had been notified of this abuse a few times and did nothing. Cps was in the home a week before he died and was told of the abuse. This boy had bones showing and only weighed 61 lbs. CPS did nothing. Why is no one doing their job? The parents need to be arrested, the other children in the home need to be removed as they are being starved also. Charges need to be brought against CPS. There is no excuse for justice to take this long. Mary Larsen
