i just rescued this dog a few days ago when someone tied him up to a tree at the end of my street. hes been getting thin despite the food hes given. i fear worms and god knows what else... hes been whining constantly the past 24hours. im freaked out and i am helpless. im 31 female with a huge dog about maybe a 1yr or 2 old..
