Looking for a Dog foster

I am recently and unexpectedly homeless looking for a new place to call home. Currently with the hunt for housing being so competitive I have been unlucky in finding a home that will allow me to have dogs within my price range. While I look for housing I am in need of someone to take care of and foster my 2 loving dogs knowing that when the time comes and I find a home I will be taking them back. Both dogs are almost 1 come May and are both registered ESA animals. If not for the unexpected events that have occurred I would not be sitting here today writing this ad asking for help but please understand that these dogs are all ive got and giving them up is just not an option for me, so I have turned to craigslist hoping to find an alternative and maybe find some help.
