Beware of cowabunga car sales and tropical motors. They are scammers when it comes to car sales. They put liens on paid off cars and they had to be reported. Now they are reselling cars that have been scrapped out. Of course they're going to have to get reported again. Do not do business with these people. If you had any problems in the past please call the Tallahassee department of motor vehicles and highway safety. Also they're advertising this car for sale it's got a bad motor and overheats a lot. It was sold to a junkyard and now they're trying to sell it for more than what it's worth.
