Head Super/Bldg. Manager who needs an assistant to help out part-time is seeking strong guys who know light constructions and plastering work and can clean, take out trash and have good painting skill. You should know a little about lite construction, sanding or drywall and ability to patch holes. You should be flexible as far as hours you can work or let us know what days times you are looking for. If you have all open available hours that's a plus. SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUS. Have ability to work well with others tho you will mostly be able to work on your own independently once you know the duties. Job is cash daily $120 plus lunch is paid for $20 a day. Thats $140 cash a day. Could be 2-3 days a week, maybe more. Really good money, for no long hours.
