welder needed - 316 stainless - weld two parts together

I am looking for someone to weld a set of two identical parts... the welding consists of attaching two pieces together. The items are 316 stainless. There are four photos on this ad. If you look at each of them it should be clear how this needs to be welded. For someone who has the right shop equipment this should be an easy setup. Please: only people who are experienced and competent welding stainless. The diameter of the round piece is just under 5-inches. The railing mount rests on top of the round piece. This is a personal project so I would prefer to meet you on the weekend... evenings are a possibility. I can meet at your shop. I strongly prefer anyone who gives a total bid for the project (a set of two welded parts). If you normally charge hourly please try to estimate the time and give a fixed dollar bid for this.
