Jam Paper is hiring an Assistant Packaging/Warehouse Supervisor. JAM is an eCommerce business based in Northvale, NJ that has been in business for over 55 years. General Responsibilities • Work closely with Director of Operations team to drive an efficient shrink-wrap packaging operation • Manage and direct packaging team to meet or exceed objectives • Report daily packaging activity to operations lead and track key performance metrics • Tracks and reports daily internal inventory movements to Inventory Manager • Ensure all warehouse team members are following all safety standards • Screen and interview prospective Shrink-wrap packaging Associates (as needed) Job Requirements • Experience working in a packaging operation, warehouse or fulfillment center • Excellent communication skills • Basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel) skills • Able to lift up to 50 pounds • Bi-lingual (Spanish) Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision care insurance • Prescription Drug Coverage • Company-paid life insurance • Retirement Savings Plan • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Potential to earn annual bonus There is an immediate need to fill this position and applications are being accepted on a rolling basis.
