Power Yoga Flow Class on JFK Field at the base of the Lincoln Memorial, sponsored by Rock n Flow Fitness. Ticket sales are limited to the first 50 people. All are welcome -- moms, daughters, grandmas, husbands, sons, friends!!! The 50-minute class starts at 9:30 a.m.; $25 per person adults 18 and up; $12 per person kids under 18 and seniors. *Bring your own mats and practice social distancing.
