I'm a busy turn/rehab contractor seeking a reliable painter. Needs to be able to perform basic drywall repairs/point up. Please have tools of the trade. If you have spray experience, that is helpful. This is fast paced work in 100% unoccupied rental housing, so I'm not looking for someone who's painted their mom's kitchen over 12 days. Must be able to cut-in free hand.
