I an a mature adult trying to return to school. I've been approved for a Pell Grant and Stafford loans..I have always heard of people that actually used part of their college funding for personal use. Buying computers. Paying rent. Buying a car etc. If anyone has any information on how to do this I would greatly appreciate a reply so we could possibly chat. Thanks
