Brunch for the Roses 21+ Brunch for the Roses 21+ Kentucky Derby is back! Dust off your hats, get dressed to impress, and join us at our Brunch for the Roses in Harbor Club Doors will open at 11:30, with service going from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Enjoy our staffed food stations (following strict Covid-19 protocols) to include the following: Fresh Fruit Display Scrambled Eggs Crispy Bacon Deviled Eggs Ham Carving Station Pasta Salad Vanilla and strawberry yogurt parfait station with assorted toppings Breakfast potatoes Mini chicken and waffles Focaccia Vegetarian Flatbread with spinach, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, feta cheese Mixed green salad bar with assorted toppings Dessert Station Brunch ends at 2:00 pm, but the party will continue for the rest of the afternoon until the end of the Kentucky Derby.
