Cleaning tables, bars, floors etc. Bussers also need strong time management skills to prioritize their duties and maintain the dining room's flow of customers. Teamwork – They often work with servers, dishwashers, bartenders, and hosts, so bussers need strong teamwork skills. HOST/HOSTESS...Greeting, seating and communicating with customers, answering phone calls, etc.
