Warehouse Distribution Team Member – All Shifts Job Description: Be a part of a steadily growing team with opportunities for advancement and career development! See your future with us! You will be receiving, sorting, storing and packing product on and off flatbed trucks in a distribution facility. This role is responsible for maintaining quality by properly and safely handling the product, using customer focused distribution. The activities performed by this role are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics. Shifts are as follows: Days: Monday - Thursday (6am-4:30pm) Nights: Monday - Thursday (6pm - 430am) Weekends: Friday - Sunday (6am - 630pm) What We're Looking For • Ability to commit to the shift hired for and be flexible to work overtime when needed. • Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment • Minimally must be able to lift 40 pounds; ability to lift up to 70 pounds. What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. • Strong safety orientation and proven record of complying with safety requirements • Demonstrated track record of consistent and reliable on-the-job contribution • Ability to work independently with limited supervision or with a team Preferred Qualifications • Experience in distribution center operations or previous warehouse experience • Experience operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck) • Experience performing detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced working environment • Experience using spatial reasoning to position product effectively • Basic math and reading comprehension skills • Basic computer skills To apply, please reply to this posting with an updated resume and call Allyson at: 970-776-5244
