Treat Mom right with a night of Wine and Chocolate! Kate Weiser and our in-house wine guru, Jordan Webb, will lead you through a guided tasting of 5 expertly paired wines and hand painted bonbons. Join us on this flavor exploration in the Fireside Room at the Network Bar in Trinity Groves. Lights bites will be provided before class begins. This class covers: Guided tasting of 5 wines and 5 bonbonsBasic overview of the bonbon making processInspiration behind recipes and flavor developmentFood and Wine pairing principlesDetails on vineyard, climate, and terroir of the selected winesYou must be 21 or older to participate in this class. All participants will have access to the members only Network Bar after the class is over. Dress Code is Business Casual. We ask participants to keep face masks on until seated in the tasting room. Class time may fluctuate by 10 or 15 minutes.
