CAPE LAND SCAPING PROJECT 390 Brackett Rd 10 Hoyer 4-17-21 Billing Address Kevin and Kear Family 4229 Iveyglen Ave. North Eastham MA 02651 Orlando, FL 32826 Dear Landscaper: We have two half acre lots in North Eastham at the corner of Old Orchard and Brackett Rd and Brackett Rd and Hoyer. We have tried using other landscapers but have not been happy with their work. Some companies left leaves in a pile on the grass not removing it. Other will not go to the edge of the road or under our split rail fence and some will not be pick up the branches. We are looking for total removal of everything on the ground to clear it and to remove it off the properties. Also needed is the grass mowed, thereafter needing that service around the end of the second week of May. I am a school teacher in Florida and I fly into town on June 6. The two projects should be accomplished at that time, June 6th. I am willing to prepay half and upon review of the work, pay the balance with a contract of services. The family is spread out in many states and we use the main house (390 Brackett in the summer only). Ten (10 Hoyer Lane) is where we have a winter and summer rental.
