Looking for someone who can bypass the activation lock on an ipad.

I recently found a 4th generation ipad in the trash that is activation locked. I was wondering if someone has a program or knows how to bypass this lock. I would love to use this ipad but can't with the lock on. I tried a DNS bypass myself and got no luck... Please help!
