Dive into the possibilities of somatic healing and exploration with guided, sustained breath practice. This workshop will include intention setting, breath guidance, energy healing, and time to integrate your experience and learn from others.
If you are curious to explore the power of your breath, join Anika and Steven Saturday, May 8th from 12:30 pm-2:30 pm. Bring props for comfort and cozy layers to keep yourself warm. (Intense breathing can create sweats or chills)
