Something wrong with me? attracted to older women.

Ever since I was in middle school, I always found myself attracted to older woman. 15-40 years older. My parents weren’t really involved in my life as they divorced when I was around 10. Father moved to another state for work and mother was career oriented. I was, well, still am an only child so I spent most of my time either involved in school or hanging with neighborhood friends. I always found myself fantasying about my friend’s moms and sometimes their grandmothers depending on the age and looks of course (not on their deathbed). Jokingly I’d ask questions of my other friends to gage their thoughts about older women in general and I would always get remarks that were negative or not in sync with my view. I’ve dated and have had the honor of being with a few older women; one was a little over 30 years older when I was 24. I’m 29 now and thought maybe I would grow out of this phase but I can’t seem to shake the habit. Anyone guys experience this as well? Any advice on if you were in a phase or did you pursue older women? I can’t seem to talk to any friends since none have the same common interest. If there any women out there that could offer a non-biased opinion, that would be great too. I’m a real person. Today is Valentine’s Day.
