Recovery Yoga with Caroline Cooley is Yoga for Every Body.
These sessions will help your body, mind, and soul recover from whatever life has been throwing at you, and we all know this last year has been a doozy! These sessions are perfect for all levels but especially tailored for those newer to yoga, intimidated by the studio, in need of a slower pace and multiple options, or anyone who just wants to spend some time breathing and moving their body in this beautiful outdoor space. Sessions will be capped at 15 people to maintain social distance and masks will be required. Bring your own mat, towel or a chair. I will be offering options that can be practiced on the ground or in a chair. In the event of rain the session will be cancelled.
