Join us in our meditation space at Mood House for an evening of meditation incorporating journaling and visualization. All levels welcome!
The nitty gritty:
When: Thursday, May 6th @ 8:00PM
This class will be 45 minutes long with a short break in the middle.
Where: Mood House (2400 Park Road Suite A, right next to JT Posh). There is ample free parking.
Instructor: Sunny
Cost: $10 for non-members / Free for Mood House members
Precautions: Masks will be required to be worn for the duration of the class and we will have specific seating placemats to keep everyone socially distanced.
What should I bring? All seating and props are BYO. For this event, please bring a journal and something to write with! We also recommend a yoga mat and, if you've got it, a cushion and/or blanket.
