Botox, Champagne, Zyia Active & Cake Energy Ballz Launching our women's group Lifting Ladies with an exciting collaboration with other women entrepreneurs. This event will feature bubbly drinks, Botox from Uptown MediSpa at $8.50/unit, Zyia Active from Sandi Cusick and Cake Energy Balls samples from Erin Swietlik. Trainers on site from TruHit Fitness to demonstrate an at home Abs Hiit Workout. Non-members will have the opportunity to book a free wellness assessment and complimentary 21 Day Pass with 1st class reservation. We'll be taking suggestions for our monthly events: women's only workouts, hiking, kayaking, paddleboards, meal prep, yoga. We hope to lead up to a retreat in the fall. This will be a place to find accountability or workout partners, women to network with and women who lift. We'll also be lifting each other up in positive energy and encouragement plus adding each attendee to our private Lifting Ladies digital site. Schedule: 3pm Arrive, Mix & Mingle. 3:30pm announcements, introductions. 5pm event closes.
