Mowing lawn & applying weed killer

I have about 4,500 sq ft lot of yard (front, back, side) in my corner home lot I went from a brown yard, to a yard of weeds following the recent rains. Most tall weeds, e.g. dandelions are 12-15 inches high. I've posted photos. I need someone to use a weed cutter/mover to take them down, put them in my 2 big yard waste bins. (I have rose bushes.) Then apply a non-toxic weed killer. (I will buy the weed killer) Later I will have a sod lawn and sprinklers put in -- that is NOT part of this project. Am looking for a FIXED PRICE project bid.
