Operator and Construction Foreman

We are the largest sports construction firm in Northern California and are looking to hire a lead operator/foreman, who can lead our crew in building Sport Courts. This is a very cool opportunity for someone with the right background and skill set. We grade, form/setup and pour lots of concrete, and also install a handful of unique surface systems on both residential and commercial projects. Skillsets and experience in the following are required to be considered: - Bobcat/Skidsteer: need to be proficient in grading, cutting/filling, compacting soil and base, drilling piers with auger, loading/hauling trailers - Concrete: need to be highly skilled in forming, squaring forms, and managing a concrete pour. Any concrete finishing experience is a plus. Patching asphalt and concrete is also a plus. - Power Tools: understanding how to operate a wide variety of power tools, i.e. skillsaw, concrete saw, impact gun, powerbroom, floor sander, diamond grinder/concrete scarifier. Surfacing: This is not required, but any experience installing/seaming synthetic turf is a major plus.
