My name is Chuck Christopher and about 7 years ago, I created FindAFishingBuddy.com. FindAFishingBuddy.com helps fishermen find fishing buddies and now has members in all 50 states. Currently, 99% of our members find out about us from Google or other fishermen, but that is about to change! We are now hiring outside sales reps throughout the USA. This is a 100% Commission 1099 Independent Contractor Marketing Position. About the position: You will Google Bait & Tackle Stores, Fishing Party Boats AND Barber Shops within your assigned territory. You will drive to each location and ask for the owner or manager and say: Hi, I’m (Your Full Name) with FindAFishingBuddy.com, we have members in all 50 states and we would like to pay you $15 every time someone joins our site as a result of seeing this sign in your shop (The 12” x 18" metal sign has two guys fishing in a boat and reads “Need A Fishing Buddy? Check out FindAFishingBuddy.com”). You will explain that we will pay them weekly by PayPal and ask them where they think the best spot would be to locate our sign. You will also explain that everyone who joins our site must state in their Fishermen’s Profile exactly how they heard about us. Every time a new member types in their store’s name, they get paid. It’s a no-brainer… The store has zero risk and they WILL make money. Depending on a store’s foot traffic, they can average between 2 membership commissions per week… (2 Commissions: $30 week, $1,560 a year) and 5 memberships per week… (5 Commissions: $75 week, $3,900 a year). You will have them sign an agreement stating that they will keep our sign up for a year and that we will pay them their referral commissions. Also, you will NEVER just leave a sign at a store for them to “hang up later”. If they can’t hang it while you are there or let you do it, then you will set up a better time to come back to hang it. We will ship (5) signs to you initially. After each sign is hung, you will take a picture of it along with a picture of the agreement and email it to us. After you have placed your first (5) signs, we will send you larger quantities of signs. Also, in the future, we may ask you to visit locations that you have already signed agreements with to verify that our signs are still up if we are not getting enough new members, and to relocate them to a better location within a particular store. There are 2 ways you earn commissions, which paid out weekly by PayPal: 1.) SIGN PLACEMENT COMMISSIONS: Note: All commissions noted on this page are for example purposes only and nothing is guaranteed. You earn $5.00 for every new member that joins as a result of the signs that you place. 10 signs producing just 2 new members per week each earns you $100 per week ($5,200 a year). 25 signs producing just 2 new members per week each earns you $250 per week ($13,000 a year). 50 signs producing just 2 new members per week each earns you $500 per week ($26,000 a year). 100 signs producing just 2 new members per week each earns you $1,000 per week ($52,000 a year. 2.) FLYER HANDOUT COMMISSIONS: We will email you a flyer (Similar to the sign) that you can print out at your expense, visit places where fishermen are fishing and hand them a flyer. On the flyer, you will have your name printed so you get credit every time a new member joins and type in your name when completing their Fishermen’s Profile. NO flyers are ever to be posted anywhere! They must be handed directly to people. Note: All commissions noted on this page are for example purposes only and nothing is guaranteed. You earn $10.00 for every new member that joins as a result of the flyers that you place. If 1 out of 10 flyers handed out results in a new member, then: 50 flyers/week, producing 5 new members per week each earns you $50 per week ($2,600 a year). 100 flyers/week, producing 10 new members per week each earns you $100 per week ($5,200 a year). 200 flyers/week, producing 20 new members per week each earns you $200 per week ($10,400 a year). 400 flyers/week, producing 40 new members per week each earns you $400 per week ($20,800 a year) Position Requirements: 1.) Have in-person cold calling sales experience with a proven track record. 2.) Have a reliable car because you will be traveling your entire state and possibly surrounding states. 3.) Have a cell phone, lap top or tablet, printer AND hammer, nails, screws, and wire to hang signs. 4.) Visit at least 10 stores a day (Can be combination of Bait & Tackle, Party Boats, Barber Shops). 5.)
