Stolen red 07 nissan xterra reward $1000

On Thursday the 15th at about 5:30 am my xterra was stolen from Everett st. between 5th and 4th ave. The guest i had staying the night (alby balkam) is responsible. He was the only one in my apt. When I woke up he was gone so were my keys. When I looked out my window my car was still there and alby was lerking 1 block west on Everett. I thought it was kinda strang so I messaged him and asked if he had taken the keys to go smoke so he could get back in the building but he said he didn't have them. 10 minutes later I look out the window again and my car was gone. He won't answer any of my calls or texts and just flat out ghosting me altogether. Please if you have any information. Get ahold of me reward $1000
