Need someone to fix my ceiling fan

Looking for someone, male or female, that knows electrical work. I have a ceiling fan in my kitchen, installed by an electrician, that blew sparks like the 4th of July. I shut it off quick and now, only have a table lamp. I have another to replace it with if needed, perhaps just a wiring issue. Hope to find someone a lil more reasonable then all the $$$ I spent on a licensed electrician...... I see what that $$$ got me. Please E-mail or text, Thank you
