Found Dog - Black Shepard Mix

Taller dog, 40-60lbs, young. All black with a white blaze on chest. Looks like a german shepard or border collie mix. Really pretty. Not super friendly, but not aggressive, just scared. Can jump really high so may have escaped from someone's yard (seen them jump once fence already). Barks a lot when approached but otherwise seems to be hiding. Probably dumped. Near the boat ramp/I-St bridge area. Calling animal control and the shelter on Monday when they open. I do not have the dog, cannot catch, and cannot hold.
