Hello my name is Ted. My Wife and I lost everything in the fire and now living in a RV. For the last three weeks we have been parked at the Pilot Truck Stop in Central just off I 5. Exist 33.During our stay here we had the pleasure to meet a very interesting man who like to be called Me Angelo. Right away we like him and trusted him totally. Come to find out he's been broke down here for all most 4 weeks his car needs a head gasket. We been paying attention to him and we have seen him help just about any one who needs it. He gives what little he has as far as food and blankets and so on. We all so noticed that some of the people who hang around here take advantage of his kindness by steeling from him or not returning what they loans from him. He's a very pride full man and will not ask for help. He lives on a very small monthly check he gets form SSI for being Disabled. This car and what he has in it is all he has in this world. He's been here about as long as he can. He now is in fear that any day they will tow his car to impound ware it will never be seen again. It's a 2005 Buick Rendezvous, white with grey trim. It's a nice little car and he takes care of it. He has no phone so you will just have to stop buy and see him in person he's park behind the truck stop on the street by Holiday Inn and KFC. He's all ways by his car some times in side with the curtains shut. Just knock on the window day or night he will be happy to see you. I know there are good people out there who will step up and help this kind man keep what little he has. Thank you. We leave here in the morning but I could not with out doing this first.
