Looking for carpenter to build small kitchen cabinet

Looking to hire a skilled carpenter/handyman who can build a small open-face cabinet (two shelves) to fill the open space next to our over the range microwave (photos attached). We would want the cabinet to be able to accomodate these vertical pull out spice racks (), which we would be ordering separately and have built into the cabinet. Dimensions of the space are 18.5"H x 6"W x 11.5"D. Based on stain color and grain, maple ply would probably be the appropriate material for the project. Please reply
