I want to start out saying that this is a fantastic dog. He is gentle, listens well, easily takes to training, friendly with all animals, great with all people, wonderful with kids, I could go on. He is the BEST dog. I got him months before I began working again. Now I can't seem to get any time with him AND get the hours I need in order to survive. On top of that, I'm moving 4 states away in 3 weeks. I adore him, I want to take him with me. But I will be working even more hours and have even less time for him. This isn't fair to him. He has an XL crate, a standing food/water dish, extra bowl, so many toys, big bed, food, treats, training treats, grooming supplies, several collars, multiple leashes (including a retractable), training clicker and whistle. He has a LOT of stuff. From getting him and getting all of this, I have spent well over a thousand and I want to get some of that back. This is also to ensure that his new home can afford his upkeep. He requires TIME, care, room to play, lots of toys, large bags of food, etc. He isn't cheap to keep, and I want to know that isn't a deterrent as I've spent a lot for his happiness and upkeep. Craigslist has been a very helpful resource for me in the past and I intend to use it. I have no issues reposting, every day, in order to find him a home. Seems people are more open to flagging legitimate posts over the scams.
