Job Description Essential duties and responsibilities include: Use servant leadership to lead a team of 5-15 people to create excellent experience for club members Learn rules and understand different types of sporting games Set fields to certain specifications for different game types Keep course clean and free of debris. Perform basic grounds work and maintenance Monitor all activity on the sporting clay ranges to ensure safe operations Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times Excellent people skills, ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner Trap for events, leagues and competitions – pulling and scoring rounds Maintain courses as instructed. Setting up fields with electronic equipment Open and close courses depending on scheduled hours Load clay target machines for events, leagues and competitions Review basic safety instructions with guests Interact with guests to provide legendary customer service Snow removal (shoveling) Other duties assigned as necessary Qualifications: Candidate must be 18 years or older Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work weekends and evenings Highly self-motivated/able to work without direction Naturally friendly and positive daily attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Must pass criminal background check Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve Preferred Qualifications: Valid driver’s license High School Diploma or equivalent Diploma · Experience with Shotgun sports (Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
