We are moving to an apartment and are in need of rehoming our 4 year old Blue Heeler Mix. She is one of our greatest companion but we are unable to continue giving her the care she needs. Here is a little bit about our special girl. ~Corra She is deaf but a great listener. She is fully trained to hand signals and loves learning new tricks. She is a big cuddle bug and will sleep next to you any chance she gets. She has a lot of energy and grew up wrestling with her dad. She loves to play tug and play fight but know not to play too rough and to stop when you sign that’s enough. She loves bike rides and runs as well as hikes, and trips to the lake. Due to her inability to hear, Corra is a side companion. She doesn’t do well alone and would be best suited in a busy house with people to keep her focused. Corra has a sensitive stomach so table scraps don’t agree with her. She loves kids and other dogs but she is unaware how to initiate interactions and can use some help to make them soother. She can get too excited and forget her manners making her not a good candidate for dog parks with a lot of introductions at once. Corra has lived with small and large dogs and does no problems and can get along with Cats with a slow introduction. Corra needs a home that can give her the attention she needs. This would be a home that isn’t preoccupied by working long hours and is looking for a life companion. Ideally we will meet and help ease the transition and give you all the tools to communicate and build a relationship with this precious Angel.
