Positions start at $15.00 cash. As soon as you work successfully for 40 hours your raise will take you to $17.50 payroll. We are a year round business, with seasonality. 5 Star bonuses, incentives and additional hours are available as your work ethic, dependability and responsibility have been displayed. If that sounds like you, please apply! You must have a very predictable, dependable schedule because our customers are expecting on-time specialists. Best scenario is that you commit to being available for 3 or 4 specific days in a week (Mon-Sat) and be "on call" for those days as needed. Weather and other considerations necessitate you needing to be responsible and available for those "on call" days you have requested. More hours will be available as you approach Solo Specialist. We do on-the-job training but these are requirements necessary to be eligible: *Be able to climb like a monkey *Have ladder experience *R.I.O.T.S (respectful, integrity, on-time specialist, follow the plan, safety) *Power washing experience helpful *Background and random drug/alcohol tests *No smoking on the job *Good driving record, current NC driver's license *Reliable transportation *Cell phone w/ maps and voicemail already set up *This job requires hard work, sometimes long days and heavy lifting.
