"Power Trio" looking for lead geetar

Hi there, newly-formed trio with mediocre skills but tons of motivation and and raw talent. Looking for a strong lead guitar player. The current guitar player also sings and would like to be able to focus more on vocals.Guitar player plays slide in open tunings on an old silvertone and and standard tuning on a Telecaster. We are in our 50s and are playing blues rock. Both covers and Originals. We are active every week with rehearsals and corresponding with song ideas over the phone and text. We would like to start playing gigs in the next month or so
