Thursday the Texas House passed Constitutional carry. It now moves on to the Senate. Constitutional carry allows any lawbiding citizen 21 and over to legally carry a handgun, open carry or concealed carry. If you can pass a background check to buy a gun, then you will be able to carry it on your person. 20 other States currently have Constitutional carry. 11 States have permitless open Carry. Time for Texas to quit putting a tax on your 2nd Amendment rights. If this passes I do hope everyone that starts carrying, to take some kind of training class. Remember carrying a gun In public is a huge responsibility not to be taken lightly.
