Chocolate lab in need of help and new home

Unfortunately I took in lucy from a person on here without knowing all of the details abour her or getting to know her. She is four years old and very sweet and shy towards people, but does not seem to get along with other dogs in my apartment. She also cant make it up my stairs on her own as well (i beilieve due to being overweight with slight arthritus) and I live on the second floor. The biggest thing is I suspect she's pregnant. I cant afford all the vetirnary care she would potentially need if that were the case, and I'm hoping to find the best option for her besides surrending to the shelter. Shes free for a loving home. I can also provide her bag of dog food, toys, leash and collar as well.
