Going to try this again. Busy Landscaping company who completes jobs quickly, that needs hard working people. Everyone starts at 12 hour until the time I say you get a raise. (don't ask at end of day for a raise I wont call you back in). I am a working owner and I expect people to work. Everyone starts at bottom level picking weeds etc till I feel I want you to learn something else. Sitting on the ground picking weeds is not working. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR. Please do not tell me you have a car then ask for a ride home I wont call you back the next day. Don't say you cant wait to get to work and I give you a time and place to be and then you ghost me. I wont call you back. Basically I need people who want to work, will show up and on time, get the job done fast, not be stoned, high, or drunk. (If I or my supervisor thinks you are ill tell you to go home and not call me back) Day starts when we get to work and ends when the day is done or we say were done for the day. This next part is important TEXT 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday only. Once again TEXT don't send a email or call and please don't send multiple texts. If you email or call or send multiple texts I am not going to call you to work. If its a rainy day you may not work, if I don't need a full crew for a job you may not work that day. Everyone is on a as needed basis, and everyone can be terminated for anything I deem inappropriate, irresponsible or if we don't need help. If you have already contacted me and said you can work then had a reason not to or didn't show up don't respond to this ad I have names and numbers written down. We are a hard working small crew with multiple jobs currently holding due to not having enough people. We have fun and work long days. One more thing I do not pay for your gas when you drive to jobs. If you feel you have what it takes to get a job done efficiently then do what is said to do text once Monday through Saturday 8 am to 5 PM. Please put your name experience and what town your located in. Please put if you have a car if you don't then tell me that. Please be professional in the text YO and Hey Boss will not make me want to call you back. We are a professional company and I expect anyone who works with me to be also, no getting high in your car, no multiple smoke breaks, no smoking cigs at the customers property unless your in your car. No cussing or discussing anything inappropriate at a customers property. I have no issues with sending people home and not calling them back. We can get all these jobs done without extra help. But once again if you can fulfill these basic work rules, then text me Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 PM. You must be 18 years old.
