Digging backyard, lots of roots

Description

I need laborer(s) to dig up several spots in my yard to prep for steps/retaining wall and paver patio. It is a wooded yard and roots are plentiful. The photos show the side of the house where I will be putting in railroad ties to act as steps or small retaining walls. Then I need a large circle as well as a rectangle (toward the camera) dug out to below the fire pit for future patio. And finally, a small area near the house/deck that I want to a lower slope (still 2% or more to drain) so that I can place artificial turf for our dog.
