Looking for a "hard working" individual to help myself remodel and renovate my newly purchased home and property. Must have some basic knowledge of all things construction. ranging from pushing a broom, digging a ditch. down to framing a house from top to bottom. -Finished and rough framing a must know -knowledge of drywall hanging, taping and texturing is a must know -Knowledge of concrete from form to finish would be nice. -basic knowledge of electrical like changing out light fixtures and running wire stuff like that. is definitely a plus -common knowledge of cabinetry is gonna be needed. pay is $16-20 an hour cash DOE. pay is every Friday Its a part time and pay is based off of experience and work ethic. if you work hard and know your shit there's enough work to keep you busy for a few months. looking to buy more properties and will need a right hand man that can be trusted to complete a punch list on their own. Someone that takes pride in their work and works hard is the only type of working I'm looking for Perfect English and communication skills a must. your own tools would be nice but definitely not a must. I have all the tools you'd need for most projects. Must have ability to get to work. Please don't bother if your not and honest hard working individual.
