Rehearsal room wanted-Split Rental

Hi, I need a rehearsal room. There is no other person but me to use room. I have Roland Electronic drum set, desk, mic stands, MIDI keyboard plus few guitars. I can afford to pay up to $250.00 a month of my share. If you need help paying for a large/mid size room I can afford paying up to $250. I'm a Christian Metal writer/composer, 54yrs old. I have a van and can move in ASAP. I do have a lot of gear and its just me, long term rental minded with stable income.
