Are you an enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious self-starter? A-OK Self Storage of Odessa, Inc. Needs your help with maintaining one of our beautiful self-storage facilities & office warehouses. Located in Odessa, TX We are seeking an individual to Perform light repair and maintenance duties, including but not limited to: Job Knowledge and Duties - Perform daily functions of running the self-storage facility in accordance with company standards - Complete daily walk thru including lock checks and cleaning units as needed - Cleaning out units - Wiping down doors - Pickup up trash Perform preventive maintenance such as but not limited to: - Grease door springs on roll-up doors - Oil gate chain as needed - Oversee contractors and third-party vendors work if Manager is unavailable. - Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs - Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment - Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces - Participate in different projects - Ensure adherence to quality standards and health safety regulations - Perform other related duties and activities as required. Job Type: Part time Pay: Start at $14.00 per hr + depending on experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday If you meet these requirements and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, we'd like to talk to you. A valid and current driver's license and a reliable vehicle is required for this job. You must have open availability.
