We are in need of general labor help. Doing addition, remodel, renovation work and need help with a few things. You would work side-by-side with me (this is a homeowner remodel, and I am living in the home as I do the work and I don't have or want a contractor).
Must have some experience with construction (not expecting a master craftsman, but at least have handled a hammer, drill and saw) and accept hourly rates.
I may accept estimates for sub jobs if you are willing to work with me on it (again, I am not interested in quotes from contractors).
Examples of tasks I have to do (in order of need):
I need batting insulation installed in our laundry room walls and ceiling this weekend Sat/Sun 4/17-18.
Sanding work to prepare for painting (outside).
Install insulation under my house in the crawl space (need a guy who isn't too big and can crawl around under there with me).
Help installing fascia board (2x6 primed) at roof edge (single story house).
Help with trenching to install backyard irrigation.
Finishing work (installing cabinets, base boards, trim, etc.).
This is work that is happening currently and will likely last the next one to two months until finished.
