I’m looking for someone to mow my lawn once a week starting in May. I have a quarter acre and it usually takes 45 mins to do. Here are my expectations: -to show up at the same day/time each week so I know when to unlock my gate and keep the lawn clear. -take grass clippings with you (entirely)as I need the yard debris container for the rest of the yard. -do a good job and complete some edging from time to time. -have your own lawnmower/ equipment and reliable transportation so you can show up when you say you are. Pay: -I’m offering $250/month and I pay it bi-monthly. (So $125 every 2-weeks) -Happy to pay cash, Venmo or check -if you end up being reliable, I have plenty of other jobs around the yard and maintenance you could take on for more income. Please email me what you’ve done similar to this and anything that can tell me you’re reliable and can actually follow through (this is a rare attribute to find in landscaping services).
