Nor will they be asked to sign-in to their own system. This is strictly research. There are actually 2 studies running simultaneously: 1) We're looking for the person who runs the HR software through your payroll provider for very small businesses. 2) We're looking for the person who works with employer sponsored retirement plans through your payroll provider (i.e., 401K, 403b, IRA.) Only those who fit the criteria the will be followed up with. We need a way to verify that you are in your role and at a legitimate business. If we can't verify, we won't be able to schedule you. Purpose of the study: We are conducting usability testing on behalf of a well-known online payroll provider for small businesses. We would like to have you walk through a newly designed prototype of this payroll software system and share your thoughts and feedback on their retirement services / HR services experience to ensure the user that it is clear, and to let us know where it can be improved. These feedback sessions will be recorded for research purposes only. One study will take 45-60 minutes through Zoom and computer/mobile device working directly with a researcher.
