The Chief keeps saying how much his officers are taught to shoot Why arent they taught to difuse situations? He is making women who need help not want to call the police because they are afraid the police are going to shoot their husbands or boyfriends instead of help with the situation People should not be afraid of the police People dont need coffee or ice cream with a cop. They need trained cops to difuse situations. Chief Kral is not the type of Chief this city needs.
