Need some minor work done to a rental home in Central El Paso. Need the following done: Small bathroom painting - I have paint tile grouted (two pieces only)-don't have grout. mirror hung up water pressure adjusted in shower cieling fan install in bedroom drywall repair in laundry room 2x3 foot section kitchen cabinets adjusted/repaired/painted 2 electrical outlets replaced. if work is good and reasonable will keep on hand for any repairs needed as the home will be a rental.
