Property management firm is looking for an experienced service tech for our apartment communities. Must have experience in apartment/ rental turns and repairs. Must have tools, vehicle and the desire to work 40 hours per week. Will be responsible for all maintenance issues to include painting, minor plumbing, apartment turns, resident work orders, etc. This position requires traveling from property to property.
